Athens Limo is fully licensed both as a travel agency and as a transportation company, therefore complying with all the enforcing regulation required by the Greek Government. Working as a fully licensed tour operator, Athens Limo’s passengers are at all times protected by its public liability transportation insurance mandatory in Greece for all licensed transportation companies.

Please be aware that during your participation in tours and transfer services operated by Athens Limo, certain risks and dangers may arise beyond our control. Athens Limo will not have liability regarding any accident or injury sustained by the client by any third party in whichever way this may be caused.

For this reason we highly recommend all the clients to be adequately insured before traveling abroad. The latter is usually a prerequisite for most tour operators, who reserve the right to deny travel when proof of insurance cannot be provided.

Clients are responsible for having or contracting their own personal insurance policy. Athens Limo is not liable for damage, loss or other irregularity occurred to personal items clients decide to carry during the tour. Clients are responsible for choosing a trip that suits their abilities, fitness level and state mental health. It is good for us to know physical, mental or emotional limitations by email before the service booking.
